Our trademark services come equipped with a money back guarantee. If our team clears your trademark for registration, then we will refund your money and perform a new search on a substitute if your mark is denied registration due to a presently issued mark.

Simple Pricing
We charge one flat fee of our Basic trademark service, and one flat fee for our Growth trademark service. Our service duration is approximately 12-18 months based on current USPTO processing timeframes. There are no hidden costs. Both of our services include responses to any non-substantive office actions. Substantive office action responses are also available at one flat fee. Please note, the USPTO filling fee is not included in the fee paid to Registered Marks for its service. We collect this fee separately before filing.
